Cancellation Policy

We all agree, time is our most valuable asset. In the event that you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment you MUST reschedule/cancel before 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time you WILL FORFEIT a session. This also applies for any reoccurrence of rescheduling/ cancelling should you purchase a multi-session package. Example: Client purchases Nubian Beginners Package: Includes 6 sessions FIRST APPOINTMENT: Client needs to Cancel 2 hours before their scheduled appointment. This is within the 48 hour period and the Client will forfeit a session. SECOND APPOINTMENT: Client cancels again within the 48 hour period. Client will forfeit another session. *The 6 session package has now become a 4 session package due to client not adhering to cancellation policy*
